This website contains video tutorials produced by the Municipality of Viareggio and videos on digital issues produced by public and private entities and made available by them on their respective YouTube channels. These videos are published on this portal through the embed code provided by the videosharing platform. Such materials are the exclusive property of the respective right holders. .

This document regulates access to the website and governs the terms and conditions of use of the website. By accessing and consulting this site, the visitor accepts the following terms and conditions of use.

All content and information on this site is protected by copyright law. It follows that their reproduction is only permitted with explicit authorisation. The information published on the site, unless otherwise stated, may be reproduced provided that its integrity is respected and the source is cited with the express indication of the site address. Without prejudice to the mandatory limits of the law, AmCham shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, interruption of business, loss of data, inability to use the Contents of the site or damages resulting from having believed the Contents of the site to be unreliable. In any event, the Entity’s liability for direct damages arising from the use, inability to use or having deemed unreliable the Contents of this site or any other linked site attributable to the Entity shall not exceed the sum of Euro 100.00.

Modification of Terms of Use

The Organisation reserves the right to make changes and/or updates to these terms and conditions of use at any time and without prior notice. The visitor, by continuing to use this site, therefore also accepts these changes and/or updates of which he/she will become aware by re-reading this page periodically and/or when necessary.

Applicable law and partial nullity

Italian law shall apply to these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the provincial capital of the province in which the Entity has its registered office.
